Our Bakery features a traditional wood-fired brick oven that produces crusty, hearth-baked artisan loaves. With the exception of the use of mechanical mixers for the dough, Carriage House bread is made completely by hand, therefore each loaf has its own unique characteristics. Our breads are made from scratch without the use of additives, fillers, preservatives, or dough conditioners. Breads, scones, and knots are baked each day of the week. Other specialty items are available on a rotating basis.
Our Deli produces an alternating variety of delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods, including soups, salads, wraps, sandwiches, hummus, and specialty items. Many of these freshly prepared foods are available in our deli case, so you can grab and eat them on the go.
