It’s hard to believe it’s already February! Time has been flying by (at least for me) and along with the anticipation of spring, there is a lot to look forward to this month at the Co-op! We have a lot of new products, many of which are on sale all month long. Let’s take a sneak peek at some of the Co-op’s new offerings:

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the Co-op has a beautiful assortment of Sunbeam beeswax candles; a perfect gift for that special someone. Sunbeam is based out of Ithaca, NY. They are a Certified Living Wage employer, which means their employees are paid fairly for their work. All of their candles are hand-crafted, made with 100% renewable energy and delivered to the Co-op with carbon neutral shipping. New and on sale this month, Hal’s New York Kettle Chips & Seltzer. These deliciously crunchy potato chips are sure to satisfy your snack cravings. Like Hal, they are “NY Born, NY Made”, and they’ve even earned a spot as the official potato chip of the NY Mets! We also now carry their pretzel sticks and snack size bags of white cheddar popcorn if you just want a little something to go with your lunch!

Hal’s also produces a refreshing line of beverages, including seltzer waters and ginger ale. If you’re like me and you love ginger ale, but don’t want the high fructose corn syrup, look no further! Hal’s makes their ginger ale with REAL sugar and all the flavor you remember.

Last, but certainly not least, this new Gardein Ultimate Falafel Burger is a real winner in the vegan world, but you don’t have to be vegan to enjoy them!
