We strive to offer a diverse selection of grocery items, including refrigerated and frozen foods, as well as non-food items that are not typical groceries found elsewhere. We carry essentials in conventional foods. But also specialize in offering unique items that provide shoppers with healthier alternatives that support social responsibility and environmental awareness. These foods include items that are fair-trade, specialty diet (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc.), organic, non-GMO, hormone-free, sustainable, and more. Our Co-op also aims to supply the community with as many locally and regionally produced items as possible. These items include meats (beef, chicken, pork), dairy (yogurt, eggs, cheese), honey, coffee, and maple syrup. The Co-op is one of the only places in town where customers can buy both locally produced goods and rare ethnic imported items during the same shopping trip.
