Hello Everybody!

You may have heard the Downtown Revitalization Initiative process has restarted. The Local Planning Committee is looking for more community input before sending their list of priorities off to New York State.

We believe the Co-op’s relocation/expansion project will be an amazing part of a revitalized downtown Potsdam, and are excited to still be in the running for DRI funding to help us get there!  

There are still some opportunities to express your support for the project (or others in the running).

Starting today you can:
View the online project gallery or view storefront posters (to be viewed from outside. Social distance as appropriate) at Jernabi Coffeehouse (11 Maple Street) or Potsdam Chamber of Commerce (24 Market St.). Hard copies are also available at Village Hall (2 Park Street).

Public comments will be accepted through the project email: PotsdamDRI@mjels.com or by filling out a comment card at Village Hall.

Comments are accepted for one week only!

ALSO on Wednesday, September 2 there is a live virtual Q&A with the Local Planning Committee, State Representatives, and Project Consultants. Registration is required at tinyurl.com/PotsdamDRI.
