Position: Board Member

My family and I have been members of the Co-op since we moved to Potsdam over 5 years ago from Cambridge. My experience as a chef and life long worker in the food industry gives me a strong knowledge and understanding of the quality that is strived for at the Co-op. Using local, organic and sustainable food has been a part of my life since childhood.

As a chef at Big Spoon Kitchen I have worked with the Co-op before on shared ventures. I see a huge potential for growth in the prepared foods department, which could bring much needed foot traffic in the door. I would love to see a strong and prosperous Potsdam food Co-op for my kids and the many generations to come.
