Conventional Produce:
- Avocados Also Located in the refrigerator, Unripe avocados can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. They will continue to ripen while in the refrigerator although they won’t ripen enough to be eaten. Remove the avocado from the refrigerator a day or two before you want to eat it, this will allow the avocado to ripen enough to be able to eat
