Position: Board Member

I joined the Potsdam Co-op after moving to the area in 2017, and having worked as a part of the board for a co-op in college, I was thrilled to see a local store focused on healthy, nutritious, sustainable, and hard to find products right here in Potsdam.

As Kitchen Manager at Big Spoon Kitchen, I have worked closely with the Potsdam Food Co-Op on a number of projects, including “Dinner in the Bag” tabling, deli sandwich production and sales, and cross promotion for a number of events.

I think the Potsdam Food Coop has some great potential and opportunity to serve the community even more than they do now, and would love to lend my perspective and work ethic to helping it do so, especially with possible big changes on the horizon.
