Buying Club Reinstated with New Ordering Schedule
Dear Co-op Buying Club Users,
The UNFI Buying Club will be made available again with some changes to the ordering window, deadline and delivery schedule. Every other Tuesday evening, beginning November 23rd, you can login to your foodclub account and place orders for UNFI with the following schedule:
UNFI Buying Club will unlock Tuesday evenings, by 7pm (Bi-weekly). The deadline for ordering will be Friday at 1pm.
The UNFI Buying Club will now have a week & a half lead time. This means, it will arrive 12 days from the order deadline. For example: if you were to place an order on Nov. 25th (Thursday), that order would be submitted on the 26th (Friday) and would arrive at the Co-op on Dec. 7th (Tuesday).
We hope to be able to return to the normal Buying Club schedule in the future and will update if and when anything changes. In the meantime, if you have any questions about this new ordering schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me by email or call the store at (315) 265-4630 and ask to speak to Jessie.
We know how important the Buying Club is to our members, so we thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this difficult situation. We will get through this together.
