We define “local” as anything grown or produced within 100 miles of the Co-op. As part of our Mission, we attempt to use local sources whenever feasible.

We define “regional” as anything grown or produced in the state of NY that is outside of our 100 mile radius, as well as in nearby Vermont, Canada, and the Berkshires.
